I placed an order for 4 popcorn sampler packs to have at my baby shower this past weekend. I placed my order in what I thought was enough time and paid for expedited shipping to be sure the popcorn came in time. The site says orders are shipped Monday-Friday and my order was not shipped until Saturday. My shower was Sunday. I sent an email and called the store twice days leading up to my shower to ensure my order would arrive timely. Unfortunately, I received no response. I took a chance and called again Saturday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I requested a refund on my order because I knew it would not arrive in time but the store associates insisted on still sending the popcorn. The popcorn was supposed to arrive Monday (after the shower) and it didn’t arrive until today. It has been over a week since I placed the order. To make matters worse, the USPS delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong apartment. I had to get my popcorn order from a neighbor that incorrectly received it. I am disappointed because I love this brand of popcorn and did not have a positive order experience. I will be shipping the product back because I no longer have a need for the 68 sample packs.

Beyond the taste and freshness as being the best i've ever had, customer service is even better. I ordered the sampler but we where headed out of town for a week and wanted to take it with us. We met the team at the Chocolate & Coffee festival and ordered the sampler pack. My kids and I love trying a new flavor each day for our snack. All have been amazing so far! Better yet, the packaging keeps it fresh and the popcorn is fluffy, perfectly popped and there is enough for all of us to get a good taste.

It was like opening Pandora's box!!! My husband is a snacker and tried 2 different flavors each day. I must confess , the dark chocolate/salted carmel went the first day and I helped!! It went very nicely with the sea salt and vinegar. I wouldn't hesitate to reorder and will keep this in mind for gifts.
